By using 4kiddos, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

2. Who This App Is For

4kiddos is designed for parents, guardians, and adult event hosts. We do not permit children under the age of 13 to create accounts or directly submit personal information. All accounts must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years old.

3. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you register and use the App:

• Name and email address - used to create and identify your account
• Profile photo - optionally uploaded by you to personalize your profile
• Location data - used to show you kid-friendly events near you, collected only when the App is in use and only with your permission
• Children's age or birthday - used to filter and recommend age-appropriate events, provided by the parent or guardian and associated with the parent's account only

4. How We Use Your Information

• Create and manage your account
• Show you relevant, age-appropriate events near your location
• Allow event hosts to publish and manage event listings
• Send you notifications about events you may be interested in (only with your permission)
• Improve the App's features and performance
• Communicate with you about your account or our services

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your information for behavioral advertising.

5. Children's Privacy and COPPA Compliance

4kiddos takes children's privacy seriously and complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

• We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13
• All personal information related to children is provided by and associated with the parent or guardian's account
• If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information immediately
• Parents may contact us at any time to review, update, or request deletion of information associated with their account

6. Third-Party Services

• Google Analytics - used to understand how users interact with our App, configured to not collect personally identifiable information.

• Only collected when you are actively using the App
• Never collected in the background
• Never sold or shared with advertisers
• You can disable location access at any time in your device settings

8. Push Notifications

We may send push notifications about new events and updates. You can opt out at any time through your device settings.

9. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us at hello@only4kiddos.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
