Georgia requires an annual Declaration of Intent filed with the local school superintendent by September 1st or within 30 days of starting. Must teach 180 days at 4.5 hours/day. Standardized testing required every 3 years starting in grade 3 (grades 3, 6, 9, 12). Progress reports must be kept for 3 years.
